1. What types of licenses exist and what are their differences?

There are four types of licenses: Standard, Professional, Premium and Business. They support different phone classes. Business license supports all phone models. Also the licenses differ by import and export function availability. It is supported in Professional, Premium and Business licenses. All the license types can be compared on the order page of our site.

2. What is meant by “phone classes C, B, B+, A, A+”?

Phones division by classes is implemented by Oxygen Software independently. The oldest phone models are related to the class C, the most modern Business models – to A+ and B+ classes.

3. Which class is my phone referred to?

After the phone is connected to the program, you can define its class in the “Help”/“Get the License” menu or on the order page of our site.

4. Which license should I choose if I need to use several phones?

If you would like to connect several phones of the same or lower class you need to order one major license and additional licenses for other phones. If you would like to connect phones upper class you need to order new appropriate license.

5. For how long can I get free updates after a license purchase?

All the licenses include six months of free updates. If you would like to receive updates after the license expiration you will need to renew your.

6. What should be done for a subscription renewal?

You can renew the license right from the program or from your customer’s page. A link to it you can find in every letter with your registration data.

7. Does a renewal price depend on the phones quantity in the license?

No, it doesn’t.

8. I’ve bought a new phone. What should I do to connect it to the program?

If your license allows to use one phone, you will need to order an Additional phone license. Otherwise your new device can’t be used in the software.

9. Is it possible to connect A class phone to the Standard license?

No, Standard license supports C and B classes phones only.

10. Is it possible to connect A+ or B+ classes phones to the Professional license?

No, A+ class phones are supported in the Premium or Business licenses, while B+ class phones in the Business license only.

11. Are all the sections supported in all types of licenses?

Organizer section is supported in the licenses starting from Professional.

12. What is meant by data export?

This is data export to various text formats (PDF, TXT, RTF, CSV, HTM etc).

13. Is it possible to connect new phone to the license after its expiration date?

No, unfortunately, you will need to renew it before new phone connection. You can order an Additional phone license during the period of free updates (6 months) only.
