To add new SMS-Center, you should select 
button. In the following menu you should specify SMS-Cente phone number and SMS-Center's name:
If you wish, your SMS-Centers to be stored directly to phone, just check 'Stored in phone' item. If you wish to add more SMS centers and accept already
entered one, just press 
button.
