Addresses

General information

vcardform3

There are two types of addresses: general address, that is stored in upper 'Addresses' field and so-called 'Extended address'. Nokia S30 and S40 version 1.0 and version 2.0 phones support only general postal addresses. Postal addresses share the same memory slots with notes, UserID, PTT Address, E-mail address and web pages and you cannot store more than five entries of this type in the phone. I.e., if you store five general postal addresses in the phone, then you cannot store any data in 'Web/Other' type as all memory slots are already occupied. Nokia Series 40 Third Edition phones, such as Nokia 6125, 6270, 6280, 6111 or 7380 also support 'Extended' postal address. Extended address is stored separately, you can enter the detailed address here and you can assign only one Extended address per contact. Nokia Series 40 version 3.0 phones support both extended and general postal addresses.

General address addition works the same as notes addition.
