You can customize various calendar settings

opts_cal_common

Allow Highlight in Events List for events with date of current event option highlights the events from the same day with this color. It looks as follows:

cal_sameday

Allow highlight for location and phone number option highlights the location or the phone number ( for Call events ) with selected color (blue in our case).

Hightlight for Outdated events. Outdated events are marked with this color. You can define the time period ( in days ) when the event becomes outdated. If there is at least one outdated event, then you should also see the special button for outdated events deletion:

Sort birthdays

To Sort birthdays by date according your requirements you should use corresponding section. ou can sort birthdays by year, by the full date or specify filter for birthdays occured earlier than stated number of days:

Planner

In the Calenar options you can choose time of day, will be shown in Planner. Simply choose the beginning and the end of the Active time an its color. You also are able to display only Active time choosing Show Active Time only option.

For your more comfort in working with your Organizer, you can set To-Do list to be viewed in the Planner. To do that, mark Show To-Do List in Planner option.
