To create new SMS press main menu corresponding button or choose a person in the list in the left bottom of the SMS manager window:
New message dialog will appear. Fill all necessary fields and press "Send" button. Dialog fields are: Recepients, SMS-Center, Validity period, Request delivery report, Unicode, Keep in phone, Description, Message type, Save, Shrinking, Message text.
