You can import the calendar from Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes and export the calendar to Microsoft Outlook, HTML, plain-text, CSV, XLS, RTF and XML formats.
I. Import
Oxygen Phone Manager for Nokia phones imports the calendar from Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes only:
If you wish to import the data from Microsoft Outlook, just press 'Import' button on upper toolbar in calendar section and select corresponding Outlook folder with calendar events. 'Default folder' option imports all MS Outlook events stored in default folder, 'Selected events' options imports events currently selected ('highlighted') in Microsoft Outlook program and 'Custom folder' option recalls folder selection dialog, where you can choose alternative folder with calendar events, even if it is assigned to other .pst .
You can also import Lotus Notes events. To import Lotus Notes events, just, click on 'Import' -> 'Lotus notes' . Then you should see the bar of calendar list reading progress:
If this bar doesn't appear, it means, that you haven't connected to any local Lotus Notes or remote Lotus Domino calendar database. Please, connect at least one database before importing the events. If you are connected to remote Lotus Domino database and also use local Lotus Notes database, then you should choose corresponding database in special dialog.
When the database is selected, you should set import filtering options:
Here you can set start date and time for Lotus Notes events import and events import period ( in hours, days, months and years). Our program imports only the events that match filtering criteria.
You can also import your all birthdays from contacts at once. For this you should just press 'Export' button and select 'Import birthdays from phonebook' option there.
II. Export
We have two main export options in the program. You can just export your calendar events to the following formats choosing Export/Calendar option on the toolbar:
But our program also allows you to export the Calendar as a month Calendar and print it if you wish it.For that you should press Export button and then choose Monthly option there.
When you choose 'MS Outlook' option, our program displays you special dialog window, where you can select target Microsoft Outlook folder with calendar events. If you are using only one Calendar folder, then all events are export to this folder by default without any additional query.
NOTE: Import and Export features are available in Business (and higher) licenses.
