Call Register

 

       To set Call register options just choose corresponding node on Options tab:

       Call register options are divided in two frames:

 

Common

 

       This section defines basic numeric criteria for different call register operations. You can enter the number directly, as well, as increase or decrease the value using callreg_opts_up ( 'up' ) and callreg_opts_down ( 'down' ) arrows.

       Compare phone numbers by last digits option works the following way: if the call register event numbers match this criteria and if their names do match, then these calls are recognized as 'same' and they are marked with corresponding color an you can merge them in one entry.

       Show occurrence times for the call option specifies the total number of call occurrences shown in default collapsed mode:

Colors

       callreg_opts_colors

 

       Allow highlight for calls, which will not be written to the phone option highlights the events, which cannot be stored in the phone's memory due to memory limitations. Series 20 phones ( such as 6210, 8210 or 5210) can handle only 10 calls, while all modern phones since Series 30 and Series 40 can handle up to 20 calls. The default color for this option is pale blue, but, of course, you can change it using custom palette. This option works as follows:

       As you can see, calls 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 will not be written to the phone. This option stays as event property in all sorting modes:

       The same calls (names) - this color highlights the names, that match the corresponding criteria set in Common frame. This option highlights the names only. The default color of this option is red.
