Create new contact for each phone number during Import
Sometimes you need to store more then one phone number in a contact. And as some Nokia GSM phones support only one phone number for each entry you can't do it. To solve this problem you can check the option Create new contact for each phone number during Import. Then there will be created as many new entries as there are phone numbers in the contact. And after this operation you will get several contacts with one number in each one, which can be easily stored in the phone.
Note, that this option will help you during import from PIM only. If you created new contacts with several numbers manually then only name and one number (default) will be storied in the phone.
Add phone number type suffix to the contact name
Using this check box enables number types fields. And during import from PIM there will be created several entries ending with number types values.
If this option is grayed, it won't effect on the importing process. To activate it use Create new contact for each phone number during Import checkbox.
Use these fields to make contacts different while importing from PIM. Fields will be enabled only if the option Add phone number type suffix to the contact name is checked.
As a result of import operation, if the contact has more than one phone there will be created several entries that will contain only one phone number and the corresponding symbols will be added to the name.
