You can access profiles, using Phone Explorer in the left part of OPM-II main program window. It looks as follows:
Just select profiles item in order to access profiles. At the right part of the program window the following menu will appear:
In upper menu you can read profiles from phone, write all or specified profiles to phone; save profiles settings or load them from a file; reset profiles settings by default and copy settings to another phone ever connected to OPM II program.
If you see 
icon in the Incoming call column, it means that vibration has been set for this very profile, as well, as 
histogram shows alert signal level for concrete profile.
Lower you are able to change chosen Profile:
Number of displayed profiles depends on your display settings (resolution, font, window's size etc.)
Here you can customize your profiles: change profile names (only 'General' name could not be changed manually, it's name is stored in the phone's memory), set alert signal level, set vibrating alert, keypad tones etc. You can set ringtone from the Gallery for the models with its support.
You can also access one of your profiles by clicking on desired one in Phone Explorer.
