In built-in SMS-Manager you can also specify different SMS-Centers.
SMS-Center are displayed at the left in the bottom in the Data Panel of SMS-Manager. It's panel looks as follows:
Here you can read from and write to phone SMS Center numbers. To add SMS center or delete it just click on corresponding menu option.
