To make the program working with your phone, you should register it using Phones - Register/Unregister phone(s) menu. If you don't have such option, it means you're using the trial version, or you have forgotten to enter activation key to the program. In the left part of that very window, you can see unregistered phones, in the right part - registered ones.
To register your phone, check it in the left part (if you do not see your phone here, it means you didn't connect it to the program) and press Send via WEB or Send via E-mail button. The new keycode will arrive in a few minutes, and you should enter it to Help - Enter registration code... menu. Send via WEB option works even if you haven't entered correct e-mail address. If you do not have Internet connection with the very PC, the program installed to, you can save that information to file with Save to file... button and send it to our support team for us to do it manually.
To delete your phone from the license check it in the right part and press Send via e-mail or Send via WEB button. The new keycode will arrive in a few minutes, and you should enter it to Help - Enter registration code... menu. If you do not have Internet connection with the very PC, the program installed to, you can save that information to file with Save to file... button and send it to our support team for us to do it manually.
Note that once you removed the phone from the license, you won't be able to use it with Oxygen Phone Manager for Nokia phones again as removing phone from your license means that you're no longer using it!
If you need to delete the phone from the program temporary (while it is in the Service-Centre, for example), you should contact us about this matter for us to make a note about. Other case you may have troubles when need to restore it.
You can use any e-mail address in the registration form and it may not match with the registration one.
Please, pay attention: phone regsitration doesn't have attitude to the connection. Don't remove your phone from the license in the case you are having any connection problems.
