Data management and navigation

On right data panel the contacts are organized in grid, where you can view all contacts field. As the contact may contain a lot of numbers and other data, one may need to use the scroll bars to view the data:

For convenient fast contacts browsing there is a bookmarks panel which contains first characters of all displayed contacts. First empty bookmark jumps to the first displayed contact.

Once you've loaded data, you can work with them. You can browse the phonebook data in two modes: general ticket and by caller groups.

Each contact has two icons. One of them specifies current location (phone memorybtnphone, SIM card btnsim or computer disk btndisk) and caller group icon the contact belongs to. If the contact is removed to Deleted contacts folder this values stay unchanged.

By default, some phone numbers are highlighted with bold font. These are default numbers. You can change default number for any contact by selecting it and choosing in the popup menu Set as default item.

Some cells also contain digits in a rectangle. It means that the phone number is assigned to a speed dial button which number is inside the rectangle.

Also all cells can contain blue color numbers. Them shows phone number position in the phone. To hide/show numbers, use button on the btnnumbers toolbar.

You also can clear voice tags by choosing its item in the pop-up menu. There also is an automatic clearing voice tags after loading phonebook from file and copying contacts from another phone.
