Managing contacts

Location

 

Each contact has icon specifies current location (phone memorybtnphone, SIM card btnsim or computer disk btndisk). To change contact's location use Location item in the popup menu.

Adding data

 

Use the Add contact button btnaddcontact on the toolbar to insert new contact into the data panel. The entry with the name New contact will be added.

 

 

To add new phone number into the contact use the Add item button btnadditem on the toolbar.

Editing data

 

To edit text, simply select entry and type data in this field. New and changed contacts will be highlighted with blue color (default).

Deleting data

 

To delete one entry or several entries from the phonebook select them and press Delete selected contacts button. They will be moved to Deleted contacts folder.

Number position

 

To move number position in the contact choose Number position item in the popup menu and use Move Up and Move Down subitems to do it.

Copy and paste contacts

 

To copy one or several contacts to the buffer select them and choose Copy item in the popup menu. To paste contacts from the buffer use Paste item in the phonebook popup menu. You able to paste copied contacts to any phonebook.

Add/Remove prefix

 

To add or remove prefix for needed entries, simply choose this option from the pop-up menu and check needed actions.

 

 

do-it    Replace prefix

 

To replace prefix for selected entries choose this option from pop-up menu and type old/new prefixes in the dialogue window.

 

do-it     Send SMS to                                                                   To send SMS from Phonebook select the necessary mobile

                                                                                             number, right-click once on it and choose Send SMS to in the

                                                                                             popup window.
