Import from CSV file
If you have any data in Comma Separated Values file that you want to move to the phone, you can load it to the program, change it and then save it to the phone.
To do import data from CSV file to the program

From the Import menu, choose CSV file... |

Choose a file to load, and the "File import parameters" window will appear. |

3. Using it you will be able to customize import options. For example, you can set here text delimiter, columns delimiter (symbol, which will delimit columns in file etc.).
First you need to specify field delimiter that is used in this file. Choose one of them in the "Delimiter" radio group. You can also set your custom variant by filling edit box "Other".
If first row contains column titles let the program know about it checking the appropriate box. If you don't, one of the imported contacts will contain data from this row.
Sometimes data in the row is enclosed in quotes. To define to type of quotes use "Text delimiter" listbox.
Pre-import last step is the defining of the fields to import. There is a list of columns in the top right corner. Use dropdown list of with the phonebook fields to specify where each column should be put.
After everything is set, press OK button and the file will be loaded to the program according to your rules.
