Virtual card form

General navigation

       Since version 2.10 we've implemented new virtual card form for the the phonebook. In card's caption you can read the contact's name:

       The 'asterisk' mark means, that the contact's data were changed since the card is open.

       Navigation buttons in left bottom row of the card allow to switch between the contacts in the phonebook:

       With buttons on bottom panel you can apply changes to the contact:

       Ok button closes the contact form and applies the changes, Apply button just applies the changes, Revert button discards the changes and Cancel button discards the changes and closes the form.

       All contact's data is displayed on several tabs. To switch between the tabs just click once with left mouse button on its caption.

Personal data

               This tab stores the basic information about your contact: its Name, Last name, Formal name, Nickname, Company name, Job title, Birthday, Caller group information, Personal ringing tone ( if supported), personal Video-clip, Storage-disk and its personal photo.

Phones.

       Here you can enter your phone-number of 'General', 'Mobile', 'Home', 'Office' and 'Fax' type. Series 40 version 2.0 and version 3.0 phones doesn't support more than 5 numbers of all types for the contacts stored in the phone's memory and more than one number per contact for SIM-card based contacts.

Addresses.

       Here you can enter postal addresses: up to five general ( if there are free slots available) and the Extended one ( if supported by the phone).

Web/Other.

       Here you can enter your contact's User ID, PTT Address, E-mail addresses, web-pages and notes.
