It represents not edited base of FM stations from all world. You can sort entries by any column. To do that, click on corresponding column title. Triangular marker in a column header shows currently sorted column and sort direction. Also you can filter FM stations by country or city. To do that, choose requisite country or city in corresponding list-box control.
To find the station in the Library just press 
button. In the appeared window you can find the station by name or frequency.
