| 2. | Connection instructions. First you should connect the cable with the phone. After it is done, start the OxyAgent program on your phone and choose "Start USB exchange". You can now start Symbian SMS Manager and set "USB" connection type in the program's options. |
| 3. | Important note: Unfortunately, we don't support USB cable connection for UIQ2 smartphones, such as SonyEricsson P800, SonyEricsson P900, SonyEricsson P910i, Motorola A925, Motorola A1000, Benq P30 and non-Nokia and non-Samsung Series 60 such as Siemens SX1 or Panasonic X700/X800. We also do not support USB connection for Motorola Z8! |
| 4. | Samsung phones. Since version 2.7.8 Symbian SMS Manager officially supports Samsung Series 60 symbian based smartphones. You can set the cable connection for Samsung Symbian-based smartphones and Nokia Series 60, Series 80 SE and Series 90 smartphones and communicators in 'Tools' -> 'Options' in one window using one common option for Nokia and Samsung smartphones and communicators: |
