In our software you can find the message in convenient message search form. To find a message, please, connect your phone ( make sure it is marked with green swoosh on left 'Phone Explorer' panel ), left click once on 'Messaging' root section on left Phone Explorer panel ( don't select any folders below). In order to find the message you should use fourth button from the left ( first from the right ) in upper toolbar in right frame:
In this form first press 'Browse' button to choose corresponding folder:
Important note: current version allows to select only between 'Inbox' , 'Outbox' , 'Drafts' and 'Sent Items' folders. We plan to extend message search functionality in future versions of our software.
After you've selected the folder, you should fill search fields with search criteria. I.e., in 'From:' field you should specify message sender, in 'To:' field you should specify message recipient's data. Also you can find message by details or text information in its body. If you have too many messages, you can set date filtering to increase message search process performance. By default 'Received after' date is set the day before current date.
After you've entered search data, click on 'Find now' button. All messages, that match search criteria, are displayed below the form:
As you can see from this example, our program disregards capital and small letters and displays all possible results, that match this criteria. To open the message just click twice on it with left mouse button, so you could see the standard message form:
