Standard folders

       There are several standard folders in Messaging section: Inbox, Outbox, Drafts, Sent and My folders (where you can create your own folders for keeping messages). Here is the screenshot of the Inbox folder main window:

 

 

       There are five message types supported:

Short messages - simple text SMS message; 

Multimedia messages - MMS message; 

E-mail - electronic letters; 

BIO messages - operator logo, picture message, ringing tone; 

Beamed - received files (by IrDa or Bluetooth). 



  You can easily filter messages to be shown in the program, using pop-up menu. Simply right-click with the mouse button and choose Filter messages. That will help you to work with the section more comfortable and fast.

 

 

       Using the toolbar you can:

  read messages from the phone: 



       All messages info - the program will read all the messages are stored in your phone's folders;

New messages info - the program will read only the new messages are stored in your phone without re-reading the ones already stored in the program;

Current folder messages info - the program will read only the messages from the exact folder;

Selected messages/All messages - when you read messages from your phone, please mind that messages with attachments (received files, MMS, e-mails) should be then read with the Read selected/all/current messages option from the pop-up menu or from the toolbar, if you wish to see their contents. Otherwise the only information available would be the identification that the message exists;

  create and send new SMS messages; 

  reply to received messages and forward messages; 

  send messages (in the Drafts folder only); 

  edit messages (in the Drafts folder only); 

  delete selected messages (when you delete some items from Messaging section, they first go to Deleted items folder); 

  move messages to another folder;

print messages.


Inbox -> My folders, Custom folders

Outbox -> Drafts

Drafts -> nowhere

Sent -> Inbox, My folders, Custom folders

My folders -> Inbox, Custom folders

Custom folders -> My folders, Custom folders

  save and load messages to a file.Note that due to phone limitations incoming messages will be loaded as outgoing keeping their folder placement.

        As well, using our program, you can save the message's contents to a file, copy melodies and pictures to any phone ever connected to the program and surely you first are able to preview the contents (listen to the melody, see the picture e.t.c.)
