There are some features you can work with using the Pop-up menu:
You can easily filter messages to be shown in the program, using pop-up menu. Simply right-click with the mouse button and choose Filter messages - Short messages/Multimedia messages/E-mail/BIO messages/Beamed. That will help you to work with the section more comfortable and fast.
Menu item Select is necessary for the Customer to select either all messages from the list or only read/unread messages using the pop-up submenu.
Link up and Unlink features are important for your comfort in reading messages in the program: when you have several messages of one theme in your phone, you usually should move between those messages to read the text. But with the very option you now can link those messages in one to read the text easily in one message! Note: the very feature is used in the program only. Messages in your phone won't be either link uped or unlinked.
Reply to Sender, Forward and Send (in the Drafts folder only) can be selected from the pop-up menu or from the toolbar - whatever you choose.
Delete option can be selected from the pop-up menu or from the toolbar - whatever you choose. Please, pay attention: when you delete some items from Messaging section, they first go to Deleted items folder. To delete them from your phone, you should delete them once again from the very folder.
Move to folder... option can be selected from the pop-up menu or from the toolbar - whatever you choose. Messages are moved: Inbox -> My folders, Custom folders Outbox -> Drafts Drafts -> nowhere Sent -> Inbox, My folders, Custom folders My folders -> Inbox, Custom folders Custom folders -> My folders, Custom folders
Mark as Read and Mark as Unread options can be used for one message or for the selected messages.
When you read messages from your phone, please mind that messages with attachments (received files, MMS, e-mails) should be then read with the Read current message/Read selected messages/Read All messages option from the pop-up menu or from the toolbar, if you wish to see their contents. Otherwise the only information available would be the identification that the message exists
In Column settings option you can choose what information you need to see in the folder:
